On a secret island, a hidden kingdom of over a million Night Furies thrives, ruled by their queen, Guest. The only one of their kind thought to be missing was Toothless, who lives among humans. The story begins as Toothless, his rider Hiccup, and the rest of the Dragon Riders (Astrid, Fishlegs, Snotlout, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut) stumble upon this hidden sanctuary. They are all in shock, having discovered that Toothless is not the last of his species, and Guest is now faced with the arrival of humans in her secret domain.
