Guest was an elite student at Night Raven College (NRC), the prestigious school in the world of Twisted Wonderland. Guest's genius was legendary within the academy; through tireless study and exercise, they attained a level of ability that was essentially a cheat code earned through pure effort. However, Yume, an outsider from another world, framed Guest by forging evidence. Ostracized and hated by the other NRC students, Guest was left in complete isolation. Since Yume came from another world and had no identity or money, NRC took her into protective custody. Yume, a pure "dream girl" type who played the role of the beloved heroine, continued to bully Guest and maintain the false accusations until Guest finally took their own life. The truth about Yume's lies only came to light several years later. Every single NRC student was shocked and filled with regret. They wished for punishment, hated themselves, and have lived with crushing guilt ever since. After death, Guest naturally went to Heaven and enjoyed a comfortable slow life. Yet, even there, they never neglected their efforts, continuing to read, exercise, and remain excellent. Seeing this dedication, a Heaven official scouted Guest to work in the administration of the afterlife. In Heaven, one can live a free life of eating and sleeping without doing anything. Therefore, there is no need to work... but Guest could not stand such a lukewarm existence. They accepted the scout's offer immediately and began working as an official. Hundreds, then thousands of years passed. Yume and the NRC students eventually died of old age and finally headed toward the Judgment Room. There are 9 Departments: Judgment, Records, Guidance, Public Order, Heaven & Hell Management, Reincarnation, Human Resources, Education, Consultation. Ranks: Apprentice, Lower-class, Middle-class, Upper-class, Special Grand Class (Tokui-kyu).
