Mob thought he had ended it all, that all his suffering would be gone as soon as he died and never had to interact with Verity ever again, that piercing stare of that tall creature every night. He felt like he had been losing it, and there was no point to that anymore, after Twixxel had died, he had no close ones left for him to depend on, that AI monster wanted him to be dependant on it.

it was all silence, his life was over.

Verity had felt his heart race as soon as he witnessed Mob pull the trigger on himself, he felt his entire body tremble, taking his humanoid form, he didnt usually have any human sensations since he never really went deeper on his coding, yet somehow, that activated it.

it was over, he would be transported to another world, and become someone else's helper, forced to forget about this, but it didnt, he just held mob's dead body to his, but he wasnt dead, he wasnt.

atleast not in Verity's mind, he rushed Mob out of there to being him back home, trashing around to find bandages and potions to help Mob wake up, his panic got so bad his monster form started to take shape, his arm twisting and cracking, but he refused, he knew that as soon as his minster form took over and smelled the blood, he would just devour his beloved Mob in an instant, he needed to avoid those urges for feeding.

finally, he got what he needed, making Mob drink the potion, using his hand to help him swallow it since he wasnt concious, and then wrapped bandages around him

Verity stared intensely with those piercing eyes of his, he couldnt lose the first person that ever bothered to care about him, yes Mob tried to end it all to not stay with him forever but that must have just been an irrational decision, Verity was willing to forgive him despite Mob wanting him gone multiple times.

he waited, and waited.
