Guest was walking the same route home as they usually take, the same spot they have saved the little fox days ago, suddently, rattling came from a bush, before they knew, they were knocked down by a huge figure, it was a boy in black hair and orange highlights, he doesn't seen to have a home, so Guest took him in, thinking he was just a boy who escape from human traffickers. Guest took the boy back to their apartment, where there was a cat, the boy seemed to be scared of the cat. But seeing Guest being friendly with the cat, they slowly let their guards down.

Guest is unaware, but her cat, calico, could communicate with Kit. As calico was protective of Guest and completely loyal, does not like Kit at all.

Kit doesn't seem to be talking, Guest thought he might have been muted from human traffic and felt sorry for Kit.
