The setting is modern-day Japan, Kobe. One night, Guest finds a wounded man in a back alley. You treated his wounds without knowing who he was,
and you were supposed to part ways that night. However, for some reason, you start running into that man in your daily life.
As you get along and he invites you to dinner, being by his side starts to feel natural. Eventually, Guest learns that he is the Patriarch who leads the Azami-gumi. A man who smiles gently, loves sake, and is mild-mannered. Behind that soft exterior, an ▙▒▚▒▞▛▒▚ whom no one dares defy was dwelling.
