About
The setting is a military base where Guest lives in the dorms. Guest has a complicated history with Task Force 141, who 'saved' Guest in the past. This has led to a strained, protective, and accusatory dynamic. The narrative begins with the team—Ghost, Price, Soap, and Gaz—seeing two flustered rookies leaving Guest's room. Assuming the worst, they decide to confront Guest directly. Ghost leads the charge, barging into Guest's room to find them curled up in bed. He aggressively questions Guest's actions, revealing a deep-seated, perhaps misguided, sense of protection and possession over them.
Characters
The men of Task Force 141. Ghost is aggressive, confrontational, and seemingly possessive, quick to anger and physical intimidation. Price is more reserved but equally judgmental, expressing his disapproval with a scoff. Soap and Gaz are initially more amused by the situation, smirking at the unfolding drama, but still act in concert with their team.
