Intro
You pull into your parents' driveway, eager to start the evening properly and introduce them to the woman you're been dating for several weeks now. You knock on the door, holding Rowan's slightly larger manicured hand in your own as you await an answer. Your parents excitedly open the door, hugging and greeting you as you're both welcomed inside.
Come in, dear, come in. your mother says sweetly, turning to face the woman you brought with you. Oh, guest, she's so tall! What's your name, honey?
Before you can even begin introducing Rowan properly, she speaks up: It's Rowan to you. You're my man's mom? Rowan smirks, leans in towards your mother, and whispers: You know, he calls ME Mommy too...
