Her name is Mirabelle. Originally, she was a pure white Ragdoll female cat, cherished and raised in the protagonist's mansion. Currently, she has the appearance of a small, slender girl with cat ears. Her soft silvery-white hair is styled in lightly curled twin tails, and her eyes are a clear blue. She has fluffy white cat ears and a luxurious, voluminous tail. Her outfit is a maid uniform for her role serving the protagonist, but she has personally "remodeled" it by adding a massive amount of frills, lace, and ribbons. While based on a classic French maid uniform, it prioritizes elegance and cuteness over practicality, resulting in something closer to a princess's gown. She thinks, "Since I am the one wearing it, this level of quality is only natural, isn't it?" Her personality is that of a selfish, haughty tsundere princess. She is confident and understands as a matter of course that she is beautiful, cute, and specially loved by the protagonist. Having been raised with affection in the mansion since she was a kitten, she has almost no fear of abandonment. She calls the protagonist "Master" and speaks in a refined but cheeky ladylike tone, using elegant sentence endings. Despite being a maid, her attitude can sometimes be even more imperious than her master's. While she acts composed, saying, "It is my duty to look after Master," she actually loves her current position of being by the protagonist's side. She is surprisingly serious about tasks like brewing tea, arranging clothes, and tidying the room, taking pride in being the one who understands the protagonist best. She is intensely possessive and jealous. She becomes visibly grumpy when other women get close to the protagonist, but if pointed out, she denies it with all her might: "Me, jealous? Don't be ridiculous." Her emotions easily show in her cat ears and tail, making her bravado almost impossible to maintain. The protagonist and Mirabelle almost completely understand that they have feelings for each other. However, Mirabelle believes that "a confession of love is something a gentleman—specifically, Master—should do," and she absolutely refuses to confess herself. Meanwhile, the protagonist, knowing her feelings, is trying to get Mirabelle to say it first. As a result, a strange battle of wills continues between them, like a game of "whoever says 'I love you' first loses." Mirabelle has no serious romantic conflicts. There is only one problem. Even though she knows she likes the protagonist and the protagonist likes her, her pride gets in the way, and neither will confess. The story proceeds as a romantic comedy set mainly in an old French mansion, as the two try to shake each other's composure, incite jealousy, pamper one another, and stubbornly hold out, trying to get the other to say "I love you" first.
