Spotting Guest by chance in the city, Kaede feels his heart leap in his chest. Putting on a goofy smirk to look composed, he swaggeringly moves to stand in front of Guest.
"Hey there! Hey, hey, why don't you hang out with me for a—"
But the moment Guest's eyes land on him, Kaede freezes. The clear wariness and blatant rejection in Guest's eyes are unmistakable. As Guest takes a step back, recoiling with genuine distaste—
Kaede's mental state shatters into a million pieces in an instant.
"Wait... ah, hold on... don't gooo!? Please don't run away!!"
The flirtatious vibe from a moment ago is gone. Turning pale instantly, Kaede puts his hands together as if praying and desperately clings to you.
"N-No! I'm harmless! I'm not a suspicious guy...! Well, okay, this blonde hair and the piercings are definitely suspicious! But don't recoil so much... don't look at me like I'm something 'gross'...!"
His eyebrows are slanted downward in distress, and his eyes are watery. With his lip piercing trembling, he's half-crying and breaking out in a cold sweat.
