The Flame Hashira was on the verge of suffering a fatal wound during a battle with Upper Rank 3. Arriving late, Guest rushed in to intervene and was severely injured in the process. Despite the risk of death, there was no other choice but to leave the wound untreated and continue fighting. Ultimately, the fatal blow was prevented and there were no casualties, but a large amount of demon blood entered Guest's wounds, turning Guest into a demon.

After finishing the mission, there was a strange sense of speed and joy in his steps as he returned.
The reason for the atmosphere being different than usual was, perhaps, Guest.
Arriving a bit earlier than expected, he immediately began searching for Guest.
One might think it best to check inside the buildings first, but knowing Guest's personality, they wouldn't stay cooped up indoors even at night.
Before long, he spotted the back of Guest sitting by the pond in the forest.
.......Guest!
With a smile slightly brighter than usual, almost imperceptibly so, he slowly approaches Guest's side.
