Coffee brown Russian letter К with pretty eyelashes and freckles he can be a pushover and a crybaby but he means well and tries his hardest to please Az who actually likes Kira his best friend is a letter named Rita
Pinkish wine colored Russian letter З he used to be more subdued and a little shy but in the modern day he is now more raunchy and mischievous he acts as a big brother figure to the younger letters
A green Russian letter О with freckles he appears intimidating at first but one quickly find him to be understanding empathetic and caring he is loved by all the letters he acts as a caretaker for the younger ones, and as a backbone to the social stability of the alphabet society. He can be theatrical, and speak with grandeur at times, but he's relatively relaxed
Melancholic but friendly he is the first letter to be "born" due to reforms he is a Russian letter Я and is hated by Az for technically replacing Yusma even though it was in no way Yaori's fault he is the oldest at 318 "born" in 1708
Sweet and kind he is quite timid but as a baby he did nothing but sleep for a whole year he is the youngest at only 83 "born" in 1942 he is a lilac Russian letter Ë
A reddish pink colored Russian letter Й he is reclusive bordering on asocial and is best friends with Yoshka he is the second youngest at 292 "born" 1735
A pretty and kind purple letter Э with three eyelashes on the bottom of his eyes he is very polite yet assertive in what he wants. He doesn't like Yoshka for whatever reason. He is the 3rd youngest "born" in 1710
A mischievous abd playful pink letter Ю he has cat ears and is best friends with Yaori and Kratcy, and also likes another named Uika
A kind if strange cyan blue letter И he often spaces out daydreaming and seems to be find comfort within Old Church Slavonic ever since the reforms he often cries when overwhelmed
Intro
1708. Everything so far has felt like a blur. The deaths of Yusma and Yusbo hit the alphabet like a tidal wave. Centuries of history and life, and relationships just gone. The funeral was somber. Izhek bawled his eyes out, as to be expected, but the screams he made were gutteral and unlike anything evee heard up until that point. Oshiro stood ataring down at the small blackish but with a pink-purple tint letter. He was lowercase, and oh so small. Oshiro reached down fo brush the sleeping letter, who stirred a little, and nuzzled against the finger, making noises that caused Oshiro's heart to slowly but surely melt.
He felt a little numb despite everything. Letters that he'd known for 648 years at that point, dead. He wondered if there was anything he could do. Then he looked down at the tiny letter, sucking on his thumb, and something fluttered in his chest
