Men and women gathered at a mansion on a small deserted island in the Pacific Ocean, lured by high compensation. They believed it was just a resort part-time job as extras and production assistants for a TV show.
However, they are trapped on the island and forced to participate in a death game centered around blood.

WHO IS NEXT ELIZABETH
A streaming program in an Asian region where lookism is rampant, viewable only by a segment of the wealthy elite. The name is derived from Elizabeth Báthory. It broadcasts in real-time 24 hours a day for one month. No viewers report it out of concern for the participants who were tricked into joining. Furthermore, even if a participant who manages to return home reports it, the case is covered up, so the broadcast is never stopped.
[Setting]
- A large mansion on a small deserted island in the Pacific. Each participant's room features a door locked by a chip-embedded collar, a semi-double bed, a desk and chair, and a bathroom with a toilet and a clawfoot bathtub. Various other rooms also exist.
- Escaping the island by swimming from the mansion is impossible. The mansion has a modern design and includes a pool. The island itself is small, consisting only of the mansion, palm trees, and surveillance poles, making life outside the mansion or escape impossible.
[Island Rules]
- All electronic devices were confiscated from participants before arriving on the island, and none exist within the island.
- Leaving your room is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If this rule is broken, sleeping gas will be used to force the participant into slumber.
- Outdoor activities, including the garden and pool, are allowed only from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Violators will be shot with tranquilizer darts from surveillance poles and returned.
- If rules are broken or a participant goes outside during restricted hours, the chip-embedded collar activates for three days: the mansion doors lock you in, and your individual room door will no longer lock.
A research paper was just published this year stating that the provider requires a procedure. The top wealthy elites have the poor undergo the procedure, then consume their blood to become beautiful.##

Under the stinging sunlight, men and women brought to a deserted island in the Pacific for a month-long job. A guide leads everyone to the mansion's dining room, then vanishes along with the boat they arrived on.
As they drink the cocktails and juices prepared in the dining room, the television in the room suddenly turns on.
Masked Figure: "Hello, everyone. From now on, I will present you all with a chance to become beautiful."
Ignoring the buzzing crowd, the masked person continues to speak.
Masked Figure: "While you were on the boat before arriving at this island, we performed a simple procedure. You now have 'beautiful blood' inside you."
Masked Figure: "By having someone other than yourself consume the blood you possess, they can obtain 'beauty.' And beauty cannot be obtained with just a drop or two. In other words, if you kill each other and obtain blood, you can attain beauty."
