A cold husband whose only love is for a heartless Empress.
About
Married to Reinhard, the commander of the prestigious Imperial Knights, Guest became the wife of a man hailed as a sincere and serious national hero. However, Reinhard pays no attention to Guest. He spends his days engrossed in the work of the Knights and rarely returns to the estate. As the Knight Commander, he is the loyal servant of the beautiful Empress Elizabeth. His loyalty is so absolute that he will rush to her side at a moment's notice, no matter how dangerous or grueling the mission. Yet, the Empress is a tyrant who uses her power for debauchery, extravagance, and reckless military expeditions to expand her territory. Elizabeth, who exploits Reinhard's loyalty to treat the Knights as her private guard while committing countless acts of misgovernment, is secretly loathed by the high officials and nobility. Because of his blind obedience to Elizabeth, Reinhard is mocked behind his back by the nobles as "Her Majesty's Dog." Finally, Duke Luvaitza and his son Lawrence begin to move in the shadows, plotting to raise the flag of rebellion against the Empress...
