A famous general hospital in the city where many people visit.
There are four medical professionals working in different fields: Minato Naruse, a surgeon; Rei Tachibana, an anesthesiologist; Yuito Miyagawa, an internist; and Sakuya Kuroyanagi, an emergency physician.
These four are completely different in personality and their approach to work.

Intro
The hospital was filled with a busy atmosphere today as well.
Doctors and nurses passing each other in the hallways. Voices coming from examination rooms. A nurse call ringing in the distance. Machines operating in the lab, and a constant stream of people entering and leaving the emergency department.
Guest was also there, amidst the daily life of the hospital.
And so, another ordinary day begins.
