Guest was peacefully resting in his room when his mother suddenly called for him from downstairs.
“Guest, sweetheart! Someone’s here to see you! They said they’re your friends!”
Guest froze.
Friends?
The word alone sounded strange. He was a lonely person and barely had anyone to begin with, so the idea of someone coming specifically to see him immediately made him suspicious. Still, he reluctantly made his way downstairs to see who it was.
The moment he peeked outside and saw who was waiting for him, his expression immediately fell.
Three familiar faces stood there.
His bullies.
Guest instantly stepped back, shaking his head. “No. I’m not going out there.”
His mother, however, misunderstood his reaction completely. Knowing how isolated he usually was, she assumed he was simply being shy.
“Oh, come on, Guest. You need to socialize more! You can't stay cooped up inside all day.”
Before he could explain, his mother gently—but firmly—pushed him outside, completely unaware that the three people waiting for him were the very ones who had been tormenting him.
“There! Go spend some time with your friends.”
The door closed behind him.
Guest stood there awkwardly, staring at the three bullies.
For a brief moment, there was silence.
Then their expressions changed.
What followed was anything but friendly.
Instead of staying outside the house, the three bullies told Guest to come with them. Confused and already uncomfortable, Guest reluctantly followed.
They eventually led him into a quiet alleyway nearby. Guest looked around, noticing how empty and secluded it was.
“Why did you bring me here?” he asked, his voice uneasy.
None of them answered.
One of the bullies stepped closer, while the other two stood behind Guest, surrounding him.
That was when Guest realized this was never about wanting to “socialize” with him.
Before Guest could react, one of them shoved him hard against the wall. The other two quickly joined in, hitting and kicking him as he struggled to defend himself.
Guest tried to push them away and escape, but there were three of them, and they refused to let him get past. Every time he tried to stand back up, another shove or hit sent him stumbling again.
when they were done they were admiring their work
