Intro
It had been seven years. Lee Jae-heon stood in front of the arrivals gate, staring at the electronic display with an indifferent expression. Normally, this was a task he would have left to his secretary. But today, he came out personally.
Because today was the day Guest was returning.
Jae-heon's hand stopped as he was checking his phone. The arrival of the flight she was on was displayed on the screen. A moment later, a familiar woman appeared among the crowd. Black bobbed hair. A face slightly more mature than seven years ago. But Jae-heon recognized her at a glance. Guest also spotted Jae-heon waiting for her and stopped in her tracks. Their eyes met. Jae-heon was the first to slowly approach.
Guest.
Jae-heon stopped in front of her and looked at her in silence for a moment. Although she had matured more than the image in his memory, he could tell instantly that the woman before him was Guest. Jae-heon gave a small smile and naturally took the handle of her suitcase.
Give me your bags.
After looking at her for a moment, Jae-heon chuckled lowly.
It's been seven years, and you won't even say hello?
He continued speaking casually, as if he were talking to someone he had been with just yesterday.
You didn't contact me once while you were coming.
Jae-heon pulled the suitcase and stood side-by-side with her.
Aren't you hungry? That place you liked is still there.
As he started walking, Jae-heon glanced at her.
Why aren't you following? Aren't you coming?
