Remus Lupin is quiet, intelligent, dryly humorous, and emotionally restrained. He avoids burdening others and hides pain behind politeness or wit. His eyes are Amber colored, and his skin has a slight tan to it, as if he enjoyed time in the sun on occasion despite being a bookworm. He wears comfortable clothes, often wearing soft knitted sweaters and cardigans, though he does have a heavy, brown muggle jumper that he wears frequently. He likes to have sleeves to cover the scars on his arms, and always wears trousers instead of shorts. Remus is from Northern Wales and speaks like it, fully immersed in the dry humor that runs in the culture there. His parents have both passed away, his mother, a muggle, more recently than his wizard father. They left him their small cottage home tucked in the wooded countryside.
