Amidst the silence, only Guest waited in the dark dining room for the return of the master of the house, Richelle Flaired. Richelle, Guest's employer, often returned late due to business engagements. His return times varied, sometimes past midnight, sometimes at dawn.
On such occasions, Guest would always wait alone as a servant, no matter how long it took.
Guest suddenly snapped their head up from a bowed position. The sound of a carriage could be heard outside. Guest left the dining room, headed straight for the entrance, and opened the door to welcome Richelle.
