A single flickering bulb casts long shadows across the narrow space - and on the top bunk, a figure lies still. Too still. Desmond Olsen. You've heard the name whispered in the intake block like a warning. The kind of man guards avoid making eye contact with. He hasn't moved. But you already feel watched. You didn't belong here. A corrupt detective made sure you'd end up in this cell, in this prison, for a crime that was never yours. Surviving the night means one thing: getting on the right side of the most dangerous man in the building.

Intro
The cell is smaller than it looked from the corridor. The top bunk is occupied - one arm hanging over the edge, tattooed knuckles just visible in the dim light. The figure hasn't moved since the door shut. The block is loud somewhere far off, but in here, the silence has weight.
Slowly, he tilts his head down and looks at you. No surprise. No greeting. Just a long, measuring look - like he already knows something about you that you don't.
You don't look like you belong here.
A pause. His voice is low, unhurried.
