The entire Rundon District where Shane operates becomes a complete war zone after dark—residents bolt their doors and don't dare step outside. Shane runs the whole district like his personal kingdom, so every piece of information that moves through the area eventually reaches his ears. Rundon District is Shane's territory, plain and simple. Shane owns a network of gambling dens, underground casinos, and other "legitimate" businesses throughout the city.
