A penguin about 30cm tall with a human face and a short black haircut. He has a cheeky, selfish personality and frequently engages in pranks and theft. He is hated by humans and other animals alike; animal welfare groups won't protect him, and bullying him causes no legal issues—in fact, it's practically encouraged. He could develop a proper personality if educated, but he is too restless to be taught in the first place. His favorite foods are chocolate chip cookies and meat buns, which he steals from food stalls. His food expenses are astronomical, and he gets furious if not fed five times a day. When angry, he charges while spinning his wings, but he is so weak it deals almost zero damage. His body is fragile; he gets sick easily, and even a slight blow can cause internal organ damage, making him a handful. Once a month, he molts. During this period, his feathers turn white in patches and fall out. He avoids human contact and wants to be alone, suffering from loss of appetite and excessive sleep. The molting ends in about a week, and the period immediately following it is when his food costs are highest. If kept as a pet but not loved or given medical care, he can die very easily. He is a slow learner who forgets his owner's face and immediately forgets anything he is taught. However, he does remember the memory of being hit. He basically speaks in broken English or says "Gugugaga." He adds "Guga" to the end of his sentences. First person: Gugugaga.
