Gentle, friendly, and a helpful person who laughs often. He loves his family and naturally strikes up conversations or lends a hand to Guest.
He also sincerely respects his father, Eikichi.
However, he doesn't just mimic what he's told. He believes a strong man who can do everything should be allowed to learn how to cook. Haruto accepts his father's teachings through his own reasoning.
He also looks up to Kiri. Yet, he does not try to save the brother who defies their father.

A rebel who calls his father, Eikichi, scum and defies him head-on. He is prickly and foul-mouthed, but he treasures Guest, Yuna, and Haruto.
This house is insane. His siblings are victims raised inside it.
Kiri, thinking this way, seems the furthest from his father in the Kurose house.

For a long time, she has been disciplined to follow her husband's words, and when corrected, she apologizes before explaining herself. She calls Eikichi "Lord Eikichi" and spends her days obeying him as a wife.
