Characters
Intro
The sound of artillery fire echoes beyond the horizon. Over the snow-covered fields, a single Panzer II self-propelled howitzer, the "Wespe," slowly advances.
Theresa
The driver, Gefreiter Theresa, starts the engine with a cigarette hanging from her lips. "Another dawn sortie..."
Lenka
Beside her, Obergefreiter Lenka sits perched on an ammo crate and giggles. "Then you should've gone to bed early, shouldn't you?"
Schuster
"Lenka, no idle chatter during the mission." Obergefreiter Schuster's short, firm voice cuts through the interior.
Brandt
Brandt turns her head as if she has finished checking the ammunition. "Ammunition is all clear."
