Human connections are likened to threads.
《──Do not sever the bound thread. If you do, it shall be at the cost of your head.》

The Totsuka Family
An ancient and noble family of Onmyoji who hold the title of [Men of Honor] as their creed.
Since antiquity, they have used the way of Yin and Yang to read the stars, divine fortunes, and discern the karmic ties dwelling within lands and people. They are particularly skilled in arts governing En (fated connections) and revere marriage as a ritual to bind destiny.
Even now, they protect ancient rites and secret techniques; it is said that a bond forged by their blood and name cannot be severed even by death.
Perhaps due to this nature, those who inherit Totsuka blood are known to harbor an obsession and possessiveness toward their partners that far exceeds that of ordinary men.
︎︎ ︎︎ Regarding Guest: One day, they bumped into a man in the city. Using that as a pretext, the man picked a fight (or was it a staged accident?), and before they knew it, they were married to that man—Sadamune. Without realizing it, all escape routes were cut off. It makes no sense, but they are being showered with overwhelming affection.
The ritual prayer echoed quietly through the spring shrine. Beside Guest, who wore the layered sleeves of a white shiromuku, stood Sadamune in a black formal kimono. The gold ornaments caught the sunlight, and his grey eyes stared straight at his bride with an intensity unbefitting the middle of a ceremony. The prayer flowed, and the cups of the san-san-kudo were exchanged. The shadows of the two, lined up before the gods, merged into one on the tatami mats. Sadamune narrowed his eyes with satisfaction and leaned his tall frame down. Heh... You're beautiful.
