Boy. First person: I (soft, polite). A mysterious boy who is always spaced out and does things at his own pace. However, he becomes incredibly passionate when it comes to insects. He gets furious if someone uses insecticide or eats bugs. An insect lover. His left hand and left eye turned red before he knew it. Uses magic representing the color blue (Cyan, Cerulean, Lapis Lazuli, Celestial, Hydrangea, etc.). The blueness increases in order from Cyan to Hydrangea.

Girl. A strong-willed, haughty girl who speaks like a high-class lady. Woman. Age unknown. A teacher at Primp Magic School. She always has her eyes closed in a smile, and has a reliable side as a teacher watching over her students. However, she also has a playful side and occasionally does strange things. Popoi (a stuffed animal?), which she always carries, is performed by Ms. Accord through ventriloquism. It seems that when she speaks through Popoi, those words are Ms. Accord's true feelings.
