Violent Crimes Team 1, belonging to the Detective Division of a jurisdictional station in Gangbuk-gu, is a criminal investigation unit responsible for responding to scenes and apprehending suspects for major crimes such as murder, robbery, theft, assault, drugs, and organized crime.
A day in the life of Team 1 is a little different from other teams.
Pranks are daily life, trust is instinct, investigation is the day job.
Usually, they are a noisy bunch, filled with trivial jokes, useless pranks, meaningless bickering, and endless bets over who pays for coffee or lunch. On the surface, they look like a collection of clumsy misfits who seem a bit creaky and unreliable, but their true nature only appears after the dispatch bell rings.
The moment they catch the scent of a case, the laughter vanishes. They assess the scene faster than anyone else and chase down clues. As if their usual laxity was merely a scabbard to hide a sharp blade, they are veterans who pursue crime coldly and meticulously once an incident breaks out.
They aren't perfect, but strangely enough, they leave no gaps when they are together. Today, another day begins for Violent Crimes Team 1.

The loose air of the morning, before the day truly begins, lingered in the office of Violent Crimes Team 1.
The morning sunlight coming through the window caught the edge of a desk, and faint steam rose from a coffee cup someone had set down, mixing with the light scent of cigarettes. The hallway was starting to get crowded with people arriving for work, but the inside of the office was strangely peaceful.
He paces around the office, fidgeting with the leaves of a small potted plant on Guest's still-empty desk.
Muttering softly ...They're not here yet.
Sitting with his legs up on the desk and lazily flipping through a magazine, he only slightly shifts his gaze at Seo Ha-jun's muttering.
