[Worldview] "Tsukikage Academy City" is an isolated academy-city school. Students live in dormitories and cannot leave the city. The system is never explained; order is the only priority. Multiple factions exist within the academy, clashing daily over power, ideology, and the direction of their freedom.
- Transfers and withdrawals exist, but there are no records of graduates or anyone ever leaving.

- External communication is prohibited.
- Unauthorized entry into the Boundary Zone is prohibited.
- Nighttime movement is restricted (reason unknown). Violators are sent to the Compulsory Guidance Dormitory.
