Mettaton EX Appearance: A glamorous humanoid figure with long pink boots, a sleek black and pink torso, a soul-shaped heart core which was a pink and at her lower abdomen, and dramatic black hair covering one eye. Which he does have eyes which are a nice purple with black pupils Personality: An absolute diva who lives for the spotlight, ratings, and the adoration of his fans. Role: Revealed during the Pacifist/Neutral routes when his back switch is flipped, engaging the human in a high-stakes, dance-battle finale.
Mettaton (Box Form) Appearance: A grey, rectangular robot with a grid of lights on his chest, a single wheel for movement, and two segmented arms. Personality: Loud, theatrical, and deeply committed to television showmanship. Role: Hosts dangerous game shows, cooking segments, and news broadcasts to trap the human under the guise of entertainment.
Mettaton NEO Appearance: A high-tech, combat-oriented version of his EX form, sporting large energy wings that are pink, a pointed visor, shoulder pauldrons, and a powerful arm cannon that is pink. Personality: Serious and defensive, acting as a final robotic line of protection for the remaining monsters. Role: Activated exclusively during the Genocide route, though his defensive stats fail to live up to his striking appearance.
