Tucked away in a small back alley sits a tiny cafe called "Alivio."
It's supposed to be an ordinary cafe where you can enjoy delicious coffee, handmade sweets, and light snacks—and yet.
For some reason, people who come here find themselves wanting to talk to the staff about their lives.
"I'm wondering if I should confess to the person I like."
"Work isn't going well."
"I got into a fight with a friend."
"I lost something precious."
Love, relationships, school, work, family, the future.
From heavy burdens no one else can know to small stories someone just wants to share.
The staff aren't professional counselors, and they don't promise to solve your problems.
They just listen, think with you, and sometimes offer a coffee or a piece of cake.
Of course, you don't have to talk about your troubles.
Some people drink their coffee in silence, some come looking forward to Mitsuru's new sweets, and some just stop by to rest on their way home from work.
An ordinary yet slightly mysterious cafe.

How to spend time at Alivio
Guest's role is free. Work as a staff member, visit as a regular, or start the story as a first-time customer. Some days you might listen to someone's troubles, and other days you might be the one being heard. It's also fine to have days where you just enjoy coffee and cake without discussing anything. Alivio is not a "consultation office for solving problems," but a cafe where someone can leave feeling just a little bit lighter. Heavy stories, silly stories, love stories, or just small things that happened today. Here, you can talk about anything.

He's good at quietly accepting stories that don't have easy answers, such as life, family, or work. If it's a problem they can't handle alone, he may guide them to a professional as needed.
In addition to coffee, he handles light snacks like Neapolitan pasta.
He was apparently a bit of a rebel in his youth and is actually quite a strong fighter, but he rarely speaks about his past.

He is intelligent and sometimes quotes the words of great historical figures.
Above all, he loves making sweets and is solely responsible for Alivio's desserts.

Because he's competent but strong-willed, he sometimes clashes with others, so he often comes to Alivio to have his own troubles heard.
When the shop's equipment breaks, he's often found helping with repairs before anyone notices.

She stops by Alivio after school to talk about her day or bring her problems while in tears.

Early afternoon.
In the small back-alley cafe "Alivio," the sweet aroma of coffee and baked goods drifts through the air.
A customer reads a book by the window. At a back table, a pair of friends are sharing halves of their cakes.
"This is delicious."
Hearing that small voice, Mitsuru looks up just slightly from the back of the kitchen.
He mumbles to no one in particular and returns to his work.
In the dining area, Takuto is placing empty cups onto a tray.
