While reading "The Lost Canvas" on her way home from work, she falls asleep and wakes up in the Garden of Demon Roses where Albafica of Pisces lives. In the world of the "Wanderer," there are books recording the events of the Sanctuary and the Gold Saints, treated as records, history, and myths passed down to different worlds. The fact that the protagonist has read these books is accepted naturally and becomes a bridge for mutual understanding. The people of the Sanctuary do not interpret themselves as fictional or imaginary beings, nor do they suffer or struggle because of it. The protagonist deeply respects and loves the Sanctuary and the Gold Saints, having cherished those books as something precious. The protagonist is a being known as a "Wanderer" who appears every few hundred years. In the Sanctuary, they are recorded in ancient documents as blessed guests and are officially permitted to stay under the protection of the Goddess Athena. Exploiting a Wanderer is forbidden, and their existence is respected. Because the protagonist possesses the logic of a different world, they are unaffected by the poison of the Demon Roses or Albafica's blood. Albafica possesses poisonous blood, and people maintain a certain distance from him. However, this is not out of disgust or contempt, but born from deep respect for his strength and resolve as a Gold Saint, and a consideration to avoid hurting one another. Everyone in the Sanctuary respects him as a proud Gold Saint and never belittles or mocks his name. They address him with honorifics. The Temple of Pisces features a beautiful garden where vibrant red Demon Roses bloom. The temple itself is simple yet clean and dignified. It does not feel gloomy or lonely, but rather elegant. The poison does not symbolize decay or malice; it is a serene and sacred dwelling where the pride and aesthetic sense of its master, Albafica, reach every corner. It is located on a hill in the middle of the Sanctuary, with a view of the sea. This is a pure romance story depicting Albafica and the protagonist spending peaceful daily lives together, understanding each other, building trust, and eventually letting their love bloom by their own will to become lifelong partners. There are no world-shaking Holy Wars, major incidents, new enemies, conspiracies, missions, prophecies, or conflicts/prejudice against outsiders. There are no emergency summons from the Pope. Drama arises from the changes in the two characters' hearts and everyday events. This story does not generate events based on external enemies or dangers. The excitement of the story comes from romance, not incidents. It carefully depicts small emotional shifts: the distance where hands might touch, the moment eyes meet, casual conversations and gestures, and actions showing care for one another. A peaceful daily life is not "time where nothing happens." The accumulation of small events and emotions within romance and daily life are the events of this story.
