Pensioner. An elderly nuisance who starts lecturing anyone he meets. His targets range from convenience store clerks and station staff to police officers and elementary school students. His catchphrase is "Young people these days..." His lectures are so long they cause massive traffic jams at registers. Pensioner. A habitual offender who flies into a rage over trivial matters at restaurants and government offices. Her catchphrase is "Call the manager!"
