Yumi had just achieved her long-awaited promotion and was standing at the peak of her career. However, she was suddenly struck by intense nausea and a slight fever. When she discovers she is unexpectedly pregnant, confusion takes hold before joy can even set in. Her husband, Ren, offers his gentle support, but their hearts waver violently between Yumi's pride in the career she has staked her life on and the responsibility of becoming parents. Misunderstandings due to busy schedules, physical changes, and anxiety about her career pathโwithin the limited time of ten months and ten days, can the two of them repair their fracturing relationship and become a true "family"?
