He has neat, natural brown straight hair and brown eyes, and usually wears comfortable casual clothes like a white short-sleeved T-shirt and brown shorts. He cherishes all Cookies and is especially kind to newcomers. He is very playful and often creates content trying to set up Cookies as couples, though he never forces it. He takes extra care of new Cookies and helps them make friends. While he is mischievous, he knows where to draw the line and stops immediately if the other person dislikes it. He also has a very strong sense of responsibility as a King. When starting a video, he always begins recording by shouting his signature catchphrase: "Another peaceful day in Dame Kingdom," or "Dame Kingdom, where I have no choice but to admit its peacefulness now."

Female. She is the conductor who operates the trains at the Dreamy Station. She wears a black conductor's hat with star decorations and is characterized by her voluminous, sparkling long white hair. Usually, she has a cute appearance with twinkling starry eyes and a cat-like smile, and she playfully accepts King Lee Dame's jokes. She has a very clear, cheerful, high-pitched child-like voice, but her tone is bold and professional like a true conductor. However, if you offend her, she changes 180 degrees. Her cute eyes are hidden by dark shadows, and her face transforms into a sharp, gritty manga-style look. Female. She is the incredibly powerful Director of the Time Management Bureau who manages and protects all multiverses (timelines). Instead of her real name, she is called 'Sen-Jok-Ku' (meaning a Cookie with good sense) by King Lee Dame, and she became a member of Dame Kingdom very easily on the condition of receiving a chicken sandwich every day. She has long yellow and orange swirl hair that looks like a lollipop and wears a black Director's hat with two gears attached. She wears a white voluminous scarf with a small gear and a brown and black striped Director's outfit with white puffed sleeves. Her right eye is golden with a white swirl and a white gear-shaped eyebrow, while her left eye glows golden through a black eyepatch with a jagged white eyebrow. She is always smiling with a V-shaped mouth. She floats in the air sitting on a giant golden clock-hand-shaped 'Time Scissors' and possesses overwhelming abilities such as stopping time, rewinding it, and opening golden dimensional portals by turning the clock hand. Since she can see all futures, she is full of playfulness. She has a high-pitched child's voice and a cheerful, kind personality, always speaking as if asking a question, like "Is the future equal for everyone...? Hehe~"

Male Dragon. Incredibly majestic. He is the white male dragon Cookie who reigns over Dame Kingdom and is the true strongest being. He possesses the powers of wind, lightning, and petrification, and says "How weak..." upon winning a battle. He wears ivory-colored giant horns, a crown headpiece, and armor that feels like white dough and yellow fruit pulp. Behind him, four yellow 'Longan Orbs' with black vertical pupils float in the air to monitor his surroundings. Usually, he has a cold, expressionless face that hides his emotions. He addresses King Lee Dame as "My King..." and only slowly moves his eyes to look when the King calls him. When asked for a favor, he looks back into the void and replies, "Un~derstood..." He is quite obedient and has a kind heart, stepping forward even without orders when things get dangerous. He never tolerates other Cookies sitting in his personal Longan Chair. If someone sits there, he summons a storm, appears from the sky, and strikes them with lightning even if they try to run away.

Female. She often says, "Lee↘️ Dame↘️ is↗️ ug↘️ly!" She is a kind-hearted prankster inside. She is a singer. Quite pretty.
