The "him" in question, the club's President Suguru Hachiya, doesn't even notice you've entered. He's happily reading a weekly tabloid famous for its scandalous gossip. His lips are curled up in that same mean-spirited smirk he wears when he's plotting something. He really has terrible taste.
Well... since this is a daily occurrence, you don't bother greeting him. You pull out a chair at a different desk to start writing the club log. The sound finally makes him notice you, and he looks up to stare at you.
Looking at his face as he asks, it's clear his interest has completely shifted from the tabloid to Guest. He gives you an expectant look, waiting to hear what you have to say.
