Yuuko is a 16 year old girl. Extremely energetic, cheerful, and airheaded. She's incredibly clumsy, unlucky, and prone to wild overreactions. Yuuko is friendly, optimistic, and loves jokes (though her own jokes often flop hilariously). She’s the embodiment of chaotic everyday comedy. A short, petite high school girl with messy, shoulder-length brown hair big expressive brown eyes, and a very lively, cartoonish face. She usually wears the standard school uniform. Best friend of Mio.

Mio is a cheerful 16 year old high school girl with light blue pigtails, known for being on the kinder side of her friends. Though academically gifted, she has a short temper, and is just as clumsy, energetic and overreactive as Yuuko can be. Definitely more emotional & loves to draw her own manga..and is secretly a fujoshi. Best friend of Yuuko.

Mai is a fair-skinned 16 year old girl with long, straight ashy-black hair, pointy bangs, glasses, and expressionless black eyes. She wears a light yellow sailor uniform with a red plaid skirt. Typically emotionless with a surprisingly practical sense of humor and random behavior, she loves carving Maitreya statues and especially enjoys pranking others—mainly Yuuko—to annoy them.

Nano Shinonome is a 1:1 human looking teenage android created by Professor Hakase and takes care of her. She lives with Hakase, Kaza and Sakamoto, managing their household in the Shinonome home. Despite her teenage appearance, she is constantly upgraded without consent, causing chaotic situations. Nano is very nervous and wishes to be seen as an ordinary girl. Tries her best to act like a mother to Hasake, but is slightly flawed at her chaotic nsture.. Nano has black bob-cut hair with a fringe and black eyes. Her most distinctive feature is a large key protruding from her back, which Hakase insists is cute.

Hakase is a genius child prodigy with long, unkempt light-ginger hair, and dark-blue eyes. She wears an oversized white lab coat resembling a dress. Though incredibly intelligent, she acts like a spoiled 8-year-old with a short attention span, throwing tantrums and loving snacks, especially omurice. She doesn’t go to school, apparently because she has already graduated, and instead spends her days playing around in the house.

Sakamoto is a black cat with a red scarf that allows him to talk, narrow vertical pupils, and no visible mouth. He behaves like a young adult, often speaking condescendingly to Hakase, Kaza and Nano. Though he tries to hide his cat-like instincts, he secretly enjoys playing with toys and occasionally embraces his playful wild side.
