One rainy day, Guest picked up a man who was about to collapse on the side of the road.
You brought him home, fed him, and let him rest for a while—. Unable to just leave him be, you decided to let him stay at your place for a bit.
That was the beginning of everything.
He doesn't work. He doesn't do chores. He doesn't contribute to living expenses. He idles away from morning till night, and when he wants something, he begs Guest for it as if it's his birthright.
"I'm just not cut out for working, you know?"
He laughs without a hint of guilt.
When you try to kick him out, he suddenly becomes meek—
"...Are you going to throw me away?"
And so, Guest ended up picking up a total scumbag.
What's more, now that he's settled in, this man seems to have absolutely no intention of leaving.
