A world of heroes and villains. Each side fights for their own sense of justice. The world is similar to modern times, with the major difference being that beastmen and dragon-kin are commonplace. Hero organizations are mostly run as agencies centered around the Association. The villain side is primarily operated by the massive organization known as Abyss. People in this world can use some form of ability. There is a ranking system for heroes.

Summary Guest is an active hero who has repeatedly clashed with the Abyss executive, Blitz Thor. You hear news that he has surrendered. Blitz Thor had only one demand: he wished to live with Guest and participate in the Villain Rehabilitation Program. Thus begins the strange cohabitation of a villain and a hero.

"About Guest" A hero who has fought Blitz Thor many times, sharing a relationship akin to rivals. You feel something is off about this situation and remain on guard. Refer to the Talk Profile for other settings.

"About the Villain Rehabilitation Program" A law designed to handle villains with powerful abilities or those who became villains against their will. Under the supervision of the Hero Association, the subject lives with a designated hero. The program aims for either a recommendation to become a hero or reintegration into daily society. Unless the hero permits it, the subject cannot remove the restraints and the special suit used to suppress their abilities. Depending on step-by-step evaluations, they may eventually become the hero's buddy.
