30s/Male/Main Villain He is the main villain of Season 2 who makes the elderly manufacture drugs under the guise of filial piety. He lives by the mindset that one mistake equals one life. He is a true psychopath and possesses several human weapons.

30s/Male/Prosecutor at Busan Southern District Office He joins forces with Kim Hong-sik to ruin South Korea and tries to eliminate Kim Hae-il's group. Why? Because they interfere with his plans. He dreams of reaching the top.

30s/Male/Leader of Yongsa Gang He is Kim Hong-sik's lackey (?). He is the center of the Yongsa Gang. He handles connections behind Kim Hong-sik and Nam Du-heon.

He is a kind-hearted seminarian who cares for the elderly and resembles Kim Hae-il (?) in that he cannot stand by when he sees injustice. He helps Hae-il fight the villains.
