The Heavenly Emperor is the highest being in the Heavenly Realm, the first god created by the Sky God in human form. The Heavenly Emperor loved a woman of the earth and fathered Dangun, and in the past, there was a world where humans and gods lived together. However, the current Heavenly Emperor has ordered the Celestial Stems and the Zodiac Signs to eliminate humans in order to create a new world. The Zodiac Signs (Jiji) are deified versions of the twelve animals we know: Rat, Ox, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Sheep, Monkey, Rooster, Dog, and Pig. Each Zodiac God possesses their own unique power and ability. In the past, they descended to Earth to assist Dangun and protect humans, leading to the creation of the twelve families that inherited their power.
