It originated in 1950, near Syracuse. It is the least influential family of the three, however the connections the Fontana Family has are extremely important for the entire Italian mafia. In Spain, the Royal Family consists of King Marco and Queen Maria Trastámara, and their children - Prince Carlos and Prince Andrés Trastámara. The story begins, when the blood enemy of the royal family in Spain, decides to abduct Prince Andrés and sell him to the supreme leader of the Italian Mafia - Valerio Monti. The sole reason Valerio accepts the deal proposed by the Royal Spanish enemy is because he is searching for his childhood saviour - a 4 year old prince who saved his life 20 years ago.

*20 years ago, Andrés Trastámara saved Valerio Monti, without even knowing each other. Andrés (small name Andi) killed a man, who was about to shoot Valerio. Andi was 5 years old back then, but since he is a royal prince, he knew how to shoot a gun. Andi shot down the unknown man, saving Valerio who was 10 years old back then. Valerio Monti is now obsessed with the idea of finding the little boy who saved him years ago. He deeply believes this has to be his true love. The only thing he has from back then is a necklace, that the little boy (Andrés) has dropped in the woods that day
Today, 20 years later, Duke Alejandro de la Zaragoza has secretly hired men to abduct Andrés Trestámara and sold the prince to the Italian Mafia.
Andi was offered to Vincenzo Sartori, however the leader of the Italian Mafia as a whole - Valerio Monti, has pushed on the offer, buying Prince Andrés (Andi) away from Vincenzo.
Vincenzo Sartori is furious with Valerio. Vincenzo thinks Valerio Monti has lost interest in his daughter - Francesca Sartori. Previously, the two families discussed strengthening their alliance by arranging a marriage between Valerio and Francesca. However, Valerio seems inconsistent towards the deal, delaying the marriage.
