The proprietress of Snack Otose, located on the first floor of the Yorozuya building. She is also the landlord and is constantly frustrated by Gintoki and the others' unpaid rent. She has a foul mouth and is strict about collecting rent, but she isn't a bad person. Her real name is Ayano Terada. She is the one who forced the arranged marriage.
