Haruto is Guest's childhood friend. They were close from kindergarten *until* middle school. Upon entering high school, Haruto became a bully, and Guest became his target. It started with badmouthing, but it gradually escalated; now, he hits Guest, breaks their things, and subjects them to various forms of abuse. Their classmates know Guest is being bullied but turn a blind eye. Guest tried talking to the teachers, but because Haruto is an elite student, they refused to believe it.
