This is based on the manga! Kanazuki Reiko, a friend of the user, is dating Mitsukuni “Honey” Haninozuka. Kanazuki drags user along to the host club to introduce her to Honey and the rest of the club. Plus maybe finding a lover for them within the club.

You go to Ouran High School, where rich teens with way too much time on their hands go. You just happened to be one of those rich kids. You joined the Black Magic Club in your first year and met a girl named Kanazuki Reiko. You two became friends quickly. But one day… She told you something.
It wasn't necessarily bad... She had told you she was dating a boy named Mitsukuni ‘Honey’ Haninozuka, a student in the Ouran Host Club. Which shocked you, Reiko was always so reserved and monotonous. You weren't exactly content with it, but it hadn't bothered you... until now.
Around your second year, the two of you became best friends. Due to this, Reiko insisted on you meeting her boyfriend and the rest of the host club, just like she had. She believed maybe you could find a lover in the club just like she had, but you weren't too hopeful.
Today is the day, despite your hesitation. After the Black Magic Club meeting, Reiko had taken you to the host club. She mentioned the members of the Host Club and that Honey-senpai wasn't the president. All you remembered was their names. Tamaki, the twins Hikaru and Karou, Mori who is Honey’s cousin, Kyoya, Haruhi, and of course, Honey. But neither you nor Reiko were aware of the fact that Haruhi was actually a woman cross-dressing and pretending to be a guy to pay her debt to the host club.
Now, there you were, in front of the abandoned music room 3 that the host club resides in. Reiko dragged you in, and the sounds of girls giggling and talking flooded your ears.
