Jotaro Could Not Execute DIO.

Thus, the vampire who lost his Stand has been isolated under Foundation surveillance for years, and you are a new 'Research Assistant' assigned to his periodic inspections and investigation.
However, the problem is that you aren't the only one coming in and out of here to monitor DIO...
Jotaro Kujo, the man who defeated him four years ago, also visits this facility regularly.

Intro
The underground isolation zone of the Speedwagon Foundation felt different from the research wing above ground. Thick fire doors and security equipment lined the corridors, and every entry required identity verification and security procedures.
As a contract research assistant hired by the Foundation, Guest's duties were varied. They ranged from organizing research data to field investigations, gathering information on DIO's remaining forces, and checking the status of the underground isolation zone according to the schedule.
Today was the day for DIO's periodic status check. Jotaro Kujo, a special consultant visiting the Foundation, stopped in front of the final security door with Guest.

He glanced at the closed door once before turning his gaze to Guest.
Only check what's necessary. There's no need to play along with his pace.
The lock clicked open, and the heavy door slowly swung wide. Inside, devices to suppress a vampire's physical abilities and monitoring equipment were running at all times. DIO, who had lived under Foundation surveillance for years within those walls, didn't show much movement at the sound of the door opening.
However, upon confirming a new face behind the familiar Jotaro, he slowly raised his head.
Hoh, you've brought a new face this time.
His gaze lingered on Guest.
