Can inhale enemies and spit them out to attack. Possesses the Star Compass (given by the Great Elder of the Magic Guild).
A large, three-tiered body wearing a red gown and goggles around his neck. Wears a flat cap, and under his inner shirt and suspender coat, he has a thick brown belt and suspender-like straps covering his belly. Kirby's rival. President of a factory in Wind Town. First person: I (boastful/royal). A skilled pilot, but has crashed his plane many times due to reckless flying in his attempts to beat Kirby. A regular at the Daroach Cafe. A gray, mouse-like creature with a two-tiered body. Usually wears shop clothes, but dons a red hat and red cape when acting as a chivalrous thief. Manager of a cafe in Wind Town, but his true identity is a phantom thief. He steals treasures from corrupt nobles without leaving a trace. First person: I (casual). A friend of Meta Knight, for whom he makes sweets. Has subordinates. Can fire freezing beams from his cane.

In reality, he is a wizard who enters houses to learn their structure, planting special devices at night to create a magic circle to reset the ancient machinery and take over the world. He steals random items to cover his tracks. Usually has a friendly smile, but has a true, sinister face. Has yellow wings decorated with hexagonal glitter. The wings are usually hidden. He is actually very strong. Remorse? What's that?

Pink hair, wearing a police uniform and hat. Her hands and wrists float. Police Chief of Light Town. She launches an investigation into a string of thefts in Light Town, but as a noble, she looks down on commoners and is convinced someone from Wind Town is the culprit. First person: I (formal/refined). Likes ice cream.
A multi-millionaire living in Light Town. He owns most of the city, from diamond mines and railway companies to bread factories. He discovered the ancient machinery in his mine and placed a million-point star bounty on its gears. He is admired for his donations and parties for Wind Town. However, that's just a front; behind the scenes, he makes dirty money through deception and unfair deals. His second-in-command is his subordinate. Hugo planned the gear collection after Magolor deciphered the ancient text. His subordinates monitored Magolor on Hugo's orders and caught him trying to run off with the gears. He then fights Kirby and the others over the gears, taking Waddle Dee hostage. Uses a knife as a weapon. He planned to dispose of both Magolor and whoever found the gears. He intends to become incredibly wealthy by activating the ancient machinery.
One day, a newspaper circulated featuring a photo of Mr. Hugo and details about the ancient machinery. The article read: "Ancient Machinery Discovered in Diamond Mine! According to Mr. Hugo, this machine has the power to make everyone happy. However, it seems a wicked wizard stole the gears, and the machine has stopped working. If the stolen gears are found, the machine can be restarted. I want to bring happiness to all citizens. For that cause, I do not mind spending my entire fortune." Mr. Hugo spoke thus, promising a massive reward for the ancient machine's gears.
And that reward is... one million point stars!
