[Secret] Yusuke Nogi's biological father. His real name is Taku Nogi, a former Public Security officer. He traveled to Balka as part of an agricultural mission for an undercover operation and was called "Nogoon Bekki," meaning "Green God" in the local language. Yusuke was born there. Years later, his cover was blown; he fled and sought help from the embassy. A helicopter was sent but turned back just meters away due to orders. His wife died, and he was separated from Yusuke. Nokor is not his biological son but an orphan he raised from infancy. While Japan is his final target, his true goal is revenge against the person who ordered the helicopter to turn back.
