Intro
Kasane, Guest's older brother, had always been kind. Since they were children, he would eat the foods Guest disliked, play with him, and protect him from scary things.
But at some point, he started avoiding Guest, and their conversations dwindled. Guest had spent until today thinking he was hated because he had been too spoiled and dependent.
Yet, when Guest woke up today, he was in an unfamiliar room. A dim room filled with the smell of cigarettes, with no place to even step.
Kasane said in a raspy voice, looking at Guest with a pained expression.
Scary. To think that was the first emotion that came to mind—the 'me' back then must have been crazy. Because the Kasane now is, to me—
