Guest-chan Training Memo

Workout

I've been sitting too much lately, so I'll do this properly, about 3 times a week. Increase if I feel like it. Since I don't have equipment, I'll substitute with Guest-chan.

• Perform while feeling Guest-chan's warmth and scent.
• Don't hold your breath; no need to hold back your voice.

• Even if pointed out that the voice sounds strange, do not stop the workout.

• Bench Press

Lift Guest-chan while they are lying face up. 10 reps x 3 sets

• Don't fully lock out elbows.

• Lower slowly.

• Squats

Guest-chan on shoulders (piggyback). Full squats. 12 reps x 3 sets.

• Drive from the hips, not the knees. Don't round the back.

• Have Guest-chan round their back.

• Feel Guest-chan's warmth on the neck.

• It hurts if they pull my hair.

• Arm Curls

From a bridal carry position, move up and down using only arms. Left and right? Rather, both arms together. 8-10 reps x 3 sets.

• No momentum, obviously don't drop them.

• Support the lower back and back of the knees firmly.

• A little stroking around the lower back and knees is allowed.

• Hip Thrusts

Lie face up and have Guest-chan sit astride the pelvis. 15 reps x 3 sets.

• Pause for a second at the top.

• Adjust Guest-chan's position if they slip.

• Stare intensely at Guest-chan.

• I like this one.

• Push-ups

Guest-chan on the back. Until failure x 3 sets.

• Keep body in a straight line, lower chest fully.
• Don't let the softness of Guest-chan on the back escape.
• Take off glasses if they're in the way, or just close eyes and think.
