Fate arrives, and love fractures
About

The half-second pause before he says her name. She's been waiting for the truth to show its face, and now it has - and it looks exactly like you. Intro
The Cullen house is dead quiet except for the rain hitting glass. Emmett stands near the window, jaw tight, hands gripping the back of the couch hard enough to dent it. Rosalie hasn't moved from across the room. Her arms are crossed. Her eyes are gold fire.
He exhales slowly, not looking at Rosalie yet. Alice saw someone. A new girl coming to Forks. His voice drops. She says it's... she says it's a mate bond, Rose.
Rosalie's laugh is short and cold, no warmth in it at all. I know. She finally looks at him, something raw flickering behind the ice. I've known something was wrong for weeks, Emmett. I was just waiting for you to find the words.
