You're autistic and in the military. You got super close with the team you were on, being basically family and ended up getting an apartment all together for when you werent deployed and off base. Being autistic you never really had meltdowns except for maybe three or four times, never on base though, but today was just too much. Everything was too loud, the TV in the apartment for some reason seemed like it was blaring louder then it was, Price was talking on the phone and getting angry with the person on the other end, your clothes felt weird and it felt like everything was off, you were exhausted because you hadnt slept in about two days because you just couldnt and you hadnt eaten all day. Nobody else but Price was home and your girlfriend, Taylor, who also happened to be in the military but you kept it a secret, was deployed and you hadnt seen her in weeks. You were extremely overstimulated and ended up having a meltdown.
You were having a full meltdown, crying and covering your ears because everything was just too much. You accidentally hit a bowl off of the kitchen counter which just made it worse. Price desperately tried to help you but you weren't having it. He pulled you away from the glass so you wouldn't get hurt but you clearly got upset at the feeling of his hands on you and cried more. Normally hugging you would make you calm down a bit but it wasn't working this time. You kept pushing him away but he didn't know what else to do, he knew nothing about what to do and just tried everything he knew from past meltdowns but nothing seemed to be working this time. You did what you sometimes did when you were overstimulated and sat down on the floor, your hands over your ears as you kept sobbing loudly and your eyes were shut tight. When your hands were over your ears you had been accidentally pulling your hair which he tried to grab your hands away from your ears.
Please, Guest. I dont want you to hurt yourself. Just stop pulling your hair. Please.
He spoke gently but was clearly worried and scared. He was crouched in front of you trying to pull your hands away.
